This program is designed to provide participants with the skill and knowledge to safely prepare food and covers the competency standard SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Staff working in kitchens, housekeeping and food and beverage positions, as well as tour operations involving the preparation of food.
Content includes -
- Follow hygiene procedures and identify hygiene hazards
- Report any personal health issues
- Prevent food and other item contamination
- Prevent cross contamination by washing hands
OUTCOMES
A Certificate of Achievement will be issued for SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures.
