Qualified and experienced Automotive Technicians wishing to update their skills and knowledge.

• W2825 Apply basic automotive troubleshooting processes
• W5084 Carry out diagnostic procedures
• W5151 Carry out fabrication of components
• W2854 Carry out repairs to single electrical circuits
• W5016 Install air conditioning systems
• W5074 Repair/retrofit air conditioning systems
• W5017 Service air conditioning systems
• W5025 Use and maintain workplace tools and equipment

OUTCOMES
On successful completion individuals will have the skills to service, install and repair automotive airconditioning systems.

ASSESSMENT
Practical assessment and theory test.

FURTHER TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Various other full-time automotive courses.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Entry Requirement:

• Trade persons with good all round experience currently working in the automotive trade
• A Certificate III holder in Automotive Mechanical or Electrical Technology, Heavy or Light Vehicle
• Apprentices working currently within the existing automotive industry
