This qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge to work in the locksmithing industry. You usually have to complete an apprenticeship in locksmithing, which involves both on and off the job training. The off-the-job training is provided through Registered Training Organisations. these fees apply to all qualifications - including apprenticeships and traineeships - except access and bridging courses. Please note that you may be eligible for a concession on tuition fees. Please contact the Institute for concession categories. 

Resource fees:

this fee covers the cost of materials and consumables provided by South Metropolitan TAFE. Resource fees vary depending on the content of the course. Some courses such as marine studies, fishing operations, horticulture and outdoor recreation, incur high resource fees.​​
