The Centre delivers horticulture training in the following areas:

Production Horticulture

• Turf Production (public works projects, sports and industrial applications, and domestic consumers).
• Waterwise Garden Course
• Chemical Application and Safety Course Level 3
• Chemical Application and Safety Course Level 4
  
• Amenity Horticulture
• Nursery (meets the needs of the Nursery Industry Accreditation Scheme.)
• Parks and Gardening (maintenance and construction of parks, playgrounds and gardens).
• Arboriculture - (tree surgery, transplanting and felling).
• Landscaping - (landscape design and construction in domestic, public and commercial domains).
• Irrigation.
• Operate and Maintain Chainsaws
