The WA Centre for Leadership Community and Cultural Development offer the following three qualifications that provide participants with the opportunity to develop supervisory / management skills that will assist them in their workplace.
- 7162 Certificate IV in Leadership and Frontline Management
- D151 Certificate IV in Frontline Management

Certificate IV in Leadership & Frontline Management (Dual Qualification)
Challenger Institute is breaking new ground in providing a unique online Dual Qualification course encompassing both the Certificate IV in Leadership and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. This online course is for participants aspiring to become supervisors or managers in a wide range of industries.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn a range of management strategies including; Lead and Manage Individuals and Teams, Mentor Others, Manage Projects, Ethical Decision Making, Implement an Operational Plan, Show Leadership in the Workplace, Promote Team Effectiveness, Occupational Health and Safety and Risk Management Processes.
Certificate IV in Frontline Management (Single Qualification)
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management is designed for those already working as, or aspiring to become supervisors or managers and require a formal qualification. This online course will provide participants with the opportunity to learn a range of management strategies including how to; Implement an Operational Plan, Show Leadership in the Workplace, Promote Team Effectiveness, Occupational Health and Safety and Risk management processes.
Certificate IV in Social Housing (Single Qualification)
The Certificate IV in Social Housing is available to participants who are currently employed in the community housing, public housing or SAAP sector or, be currently completing a traineeship or, hold a position in a social housing related service. This online course will provide participants with the opportunity to improve their knowledge of issues / functions and responsibilities within the social housing sector. Successful completion of this qualification may assist with career advancement.
Online Course Entry Requirements
- Current industry employment
- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Developed skills in Word processing software
- Familiarity with using the internet and email
- Regular access to a computer and the internet
- Highly self-motivated
