Leadership Courses

Leadership courses provide participants with life, business and technical skills. Leadership programs can be incorporated in a variety of courses, resulting in students receiving the most up to date skills while learning vital qualities such as; self-motivation, confidence, leadership and team work.

Community-Based Projects
A major component of the Leadership programs is active participation in a community-based initiative. Participants work cooperatively in teams to undertake practical projects which benefit not only the community but also their own skill development and achievement.

Future Planning
Increasing job readiness and employability is the major benefit of completing these programs.

The online programs have been specifically designed to provide employees with skills required for managerial roles in their workplace.
