Hospitality Short Courses

The Centre offers several industry-relevant short courses which are an ideal way of boosting your career, learning new skills to make you readily employable, or getting the certification needed to work in certain areas of the Hospitality industry:

• Bar and Service of Drinks
• Learn the Art of Coffee Making
• Hygiene for Food Handlers
• Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Note that some short courses (Responsible Service of Alcohol, Coffee Making and Hygeine for Food Handlers) can also be completed SELF-PACED and ONLINE (with some practical components needing to be completed at Quinlan's and observed by a lecturer).
