Challenger Institute's Construction Industry Skills Centre provides training in the building and construction trades across the southern metropolitan region at its Campuses in Fremantle, Rockingham and Peel (Mandurah).

The centre is a significant contributor to workforce development with over 600 apprentices enrolling each year.
