Fit Mind - Fit Body & Soul Kit
The Department of Communities has developed the Fit Mind – Fit Body & Soul Kit which consists of a series of free "Help Sheets", which contain information on topics on some of the most common issues affecting young people today including relationships, coping with stress, depression and bullying!

It's a young person's guide in the pursuit of positive mental and emotional health.

Suicide Call Back Service - Freecall 1300 659 467
The Suicide Call Back Service is a nationwide service offering assistance 24 hrs per day/7 days per week for people over 18 who may feel suicidal or who know someone who may be at risk of suicide.

The service offers immediate crisis counseling and up to a further 6 free telephone counseling sessions at a time to suit your schedule.
