Missed submitting an application in time?

If you miss the deadline in submitting an application for study in a popular full-time course, a safety net application will be considered if there are places left in the course you selected after the official enrolment period. Download the safety net application form here. Note: Your safety net application will only be considered after all official enrolments are completed.

How about continuing part-time students and year 12 students?

Students who wish to continue studies in their current learning pathway may be able to enrol directly into the next level of their qualification if it requires the Minimum Entrance Requirements (MER) ONLY to be addressed. These students would normally fall into the following three categories;

  • Currently studying full-time at Challenger Institute.
  • Currently studying part time at Challenger Institute and wish to transfer to full time.
  • Currently a year 12 student studying VET for School Students program or participating in an Auspicing agreement with Challenger Institute.

Students who fall into these categories are reminded that if they are using their current qualification to meet the MER and they have not completed their current qualification by the end of semester, it may impact on their eligibility to continue with their enrolment in the next Semester. An Expression of Interest Form must be completed and returned to a Student Administration or any Challenger Customer Service Centre staff who will in turn advise you of the process and dates to enrol.
