HOW TO ENROL

Prior to enrolling you must have submitted an application for full-time study, received an offer to study with Challenger Institute, and be a local student (ie. permanent resident or citizen).

  1. Enrol online
  2. Enrol in-person
  3. Enrol via phone (Enrolment Call Centre)
  4. Important additional enrolment info

    • Enrolment terms & conditions (inc refunds & withdrawals)
    • Fees and charges

If applying for a "local application only" course
Please fill in an Expression of Interest form and confirm your enrolment on Thursday 4th July 2013 between 9am and 6pm.These forms can be obtained at any of our campus locations or by contacting our Client Contact Centre on 9239 8189 or via email.

Prospective international and interstate students
Please note that if you are wishing to study at Challenger Institute, you are required to go through a different process for enrolment and will be subject to higher course fees.

1. ENROL ONLINE

  • Students can enrol in the Online Enrolment Portal 24/7 once enrolments open, though please note some courses may not be available for online enrolment
  • Online enrolments must be paid in full by credit card
  • Ensure you have your offer letter on hand as you will need your unique TAS ID number to complete the process

Important times and dates for online enrolments include:

Full time Enrolments  
Wednesday 3rd July 9am -3pm

Part time Enrolments
Thursday 4th July 2013 from 9am - 6pm

 


2. ENROL IN PERSON

  • You can enrol in person at a number of campus locations during our main enrolment periods, these include:
    • Beaconsfield (Fremantle)
    • Rockingham
    • Peel
    • Murdoch
    • Maritime
  • If you're unsure of whether you've been made an offer, contact the Admissions Office via email or phone 08 9239 8514
  • All Challenger Institute offers must be accepted, paid and confirmed by 3pm, Wednesday 3rd July.

Important in-person enrolment times and dates include:

Full time Enrolments
Wednesday 3rd July 9am - 3pm

Part Time Enrolments
Thursday 4th July 9am - 6pm

 


3. ENROL VIA PHONE

  • Contact the Enrolment Call Centre on 1300 553 444
  • The Enrolment Call Centre is closed on weekends and public holidays

Important Enrolment Call Centre opening times and dates include:

Full time Enrolments
Wednesday 26th June to 3rd July between 9am and 3pm

Part Time Enrolments
Thursday 4th July between 9am and 6pm
