Paddi Creevey Chair Ms Creevey is the Mayor of Mandurah and has an extensive background in social and community health work. She is a member of the Peel Region Planning Committee, a local government representative on the Peel Development Commission Board and Regional Development Australia Peel, and chairs the Women in Local Government ministerial advisory committee.
She is a member of the Federal Government's Climate Change and the Coast reference group and serves on an advisory group on higher education in regional Australia. Ms Creevey received a Medal of the Order of Australia in 2010 for her dedication to the community. |

Mike Deeks Deputy Chair Commodore Deeks served for 32 years in the Royal Australian Navy, retiring in 2005. He is vice patron of the Australian American Association of WA, a councillor of the Royal United Services Institute of WA, a governor of the Leeuwin Ocean Adventures Foundation, former president and current board member of the Submarine Institute of Australia and member of the State Training Board. Cdre Deeks is presently WA site executive for Raytheon Australia, a technology and engineering company. |

Liz Harris As CEO of the Challenger Institute of Technology, Liz Harris is responsible for leading Western Australia's most diverse provider of vocational education and training. Liz brings to the role a breadth of experience, having worked in both the training and university sectors and in the international, national and state vocational education sectors.
A WA Telstra Business Women's Award winner in 2009, Liz Harris is an accomplished business and community leader. Liz is a member of the Murdoch University Senate, the State Training Accreditation Council and a Board Member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM). Liz's professional interests include building partnerships across educational and industry sectors both within Western Australia and internationally to encourage learning and career development. |

Michael Allenby Mr Allenby is the Principal of Swan Green Clean Consultants (SGCC); Client Director of Osmoflo Pty Ltd and Chairman of the WA Sports Federation. A Fellow of the AICD, his areas of emphasis are on corporate governance best practice, training and staff development, as well as government liaison. He has served on remuneration, audit and recruitment sub-committees in a number of organisations in varying industries.
Two of his most satisfying achievements in his career are the development of the WA water treatment business of GCI from zero to more than $20M annual sales; and the design and construction of the $80M biodiesel refinery. |

Selma Alliex Professor Alliex is Dean of the University of Notre Dame's School of Nursing. Prof Alliex's area of expertise is nursing education and qualitative research. She has worked in all areas of nursing and has current nursing experience as a community health nurse.
Prior to teaching at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle, Prof Alliex was the professional standards nursing adviser for the Nurses Board of Western Australia. Prof Alliex has nursing education experience both in Australia and overseas. |

Kaye Butler Ms Butler is human resources manager for the Australasian Strategic Business Unit of Chevron Australia. Ms Butler has worked in the resources industry for most of the past 18 years and has a strong background in organisational psychology and human resource management.
She has been involved in projects on people development and organisational improvement across a number of countries, covering a broad range of issues. Ms Butler holds board positions with Palmerston Association and the Curriculum Council of WA. |

Stephen Cain Mr Cain is chief executive officer of the City of Cockburn. During the past 20 years he has held senior management positions in the private and government sectors. He served for 11 years as an officer in the Australian Regular Army and is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon.
He continues to serve in the Reserve Forces and holds the rank of colonel. Mr Cain is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics and Governor of the Corps of Commissionaires. |

David Holland Mr Holland is principal strategist and director of Brighthouse urban designers and tourism development consultants. He is a specialist in environmentally sustainable accommodation developments for the tourism, resource and retirement sectors.
He has considerable experience in tourism operations and has served as chairman of the Peel Region Tourism Association, president of the Caravan Industry Australia (WA), and as a member of the WA Hospitality and Tourism Industry Training Council. Mr Holland is chairman of judges for the WA Tourism Awards. |

Outside his main interests in publishing and building, Mr Kleyn has also served for many years on community and business organisations including board member of the Small Business Development Corporation, president of the WA Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Board member of the John Calvin School Association. She is currently senior vice president corporate at Woodside Energy with a portfolio that encompasses corporate affairs, indigenous affairs, environment, human resources, health and safety, security and emergency management and sustainability.
Tina is on the board of Activ Foundation and a councillor of the Australian Business and Arts Foundation. She is also a committee member on the Corporate Volunteer Council, the University of WA Business School's Centre for Social Impact Advisory Board and the Chamber of Minerals and Energy. |
